Luxury Wine, Food and Cultural Journeys.
We Deliver Access, Not Just Itineraries.
The best tables, cellars and guides aren't listed — they exist behind relationships. Amble was built around the people who have them.
Amble Journeys is a member of Protected Trust Services. Every payment you make is held in a trust account and financially protected.
How we are different
The best doors don't have a booking page
We don't use guides. We work with insiders — our Local Legends. Sommeliers, chefs, mezcaleros, artisans.
They open doors because they trust us, and because they know the guests we bring will genuinely appreciate what's behind them. Many of the cellars we take you into have no tasting room at all.
And many of the experiences have been created for Amble, and exist nowhere else — Dinner with a Winemaker among them.
Access you can't Google. Experiences that feel personal, not staged.
Travel hosted from the inside
We call them our Local Legends
Every Amble journey is hosted by one person who already lives inside the place — a sommelier, a chef, a cheese maker, a mezcalero. Not a guide reading a script. The reason the door opens.
"Slow down, listen, and you'll understand what's actually in your glass."
Xavi · Sommelier, Catalonia
Catalonia
Xavi
Sommelier. Penedès and Priorat, and the winemakers who pour for him personally.
Umbria
Tano
Cheese sommelier. Aging cellars, Etruscan caves and the kitchens above Orvieto.
Oaxaca
Enrique
Chef and traditional cook. Family kitchens, working palenques and village workshops.
What you experience
Four things you couldn't book yourself
Private tastings with winemakers. Dinners on estates. Time behind the scenes with the chefs and artisans who define a place — and much of it created for Amble, and available nowhere else.
Wine poured by the maker
Many of the cellars we take you into have no tasting room and no sign. You're there because the person pouring is expecting you.
Dinner with a Winemaker
Created for Amble: a long table hosted by the family who made everything in your glass. Not a tasting room, and not a set menu.
Behind the scenes
Time in the kitchens, palenques and workshops with the people who actually make the thing you came to taste.
Nobody in a lanyard
Ten to twelve guests, one host who lives there, and no coach in the car park. It should feel like being taken, not toured.
Where we go
A short list, deliberately
We only go where we have people. That keeps the list short, and it keeps the access real.

Who Amble is for
For people who have travelled widely, and want to go deeper
You're not looking for a checklist. You want to understand a place through the people who shape it — and come home with stories, not just photographs.
If you care more about access than stars on a hotel, Amble was built for you.
