Welcome to Mallorca! Upon arrival at Palma International Airport, you will be greeted by our knowledgeable sommelier before you are transported to our luxurious boutique hotel, Can Aulí, in the town of Pollença.
Nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, the charming town of Pollença embodies the essence of luxury and tranquility. With its cobbled streets, historic architecture, and vibrant cultural scene, Pollença offers a captivating blend of old-world charm and modern elegance. After unpacking and settling into the hotel, take the afternoon to relax by the pool or explore Pollença.

Guided by our local expert we will handpick the freshest ingredients, from ripe tomatoes to fragrant herbs, sourced directly from nearby producers. Back at the intimate cooking venue, guests will be guided through the preparation of authentic Mallorcan dishes, each recipe steeped in tradition and using locally sourced products. This morning you will have some free time or for those seeking an invigorating start to the day, an optional morning hike beckons, leading adventurers up to the local monastery nestled just outside Pollença. The monastery, perched majestically atop a hill, serves as a beacon of serenity and contemplation.
We will then head to La Residencia where we will meet a local artist for our own ceramic experience, followed by some food and drink.
In the evening we will head back to Palma for an extraordinary dining experience. This restaurant offers a live cooking experience, allowing you to interact with the chefs and witness their expertise firsthand while indulging in the flavors of seasonal dishes and enjoying great music. Get ready for a culinary adventure that will blow your mind!

How does transportation at the beginning and end of the trip work?
Our sommelier will meet you at Palma International Airport (PMI) and assist you with meeting your driver who will transport you to our hotel for the week. On the final day, we will organise transport back to Palma International Airport during the morning.
